To receive water and sewer service in your name, apply at the clerk’s office located at 201 South Main Street. A fifty dollar deposit is required of all persons renting a location requiring water and sewer services. Also, a deposit is required from all units in the mobile court. The deposit is refundable upon moving out of the corporation or when purchasing a home. The deposit may be used for payment of the final water bill.
Water meters are read on approximately the 19th of each month. Cost of water and sewer are computed from the water consumption. Bills are mailed on approximately the first day of each month and payment is due on the 16th of the same month.
