Council
Village Council is responsible for making the decisions necessary for the overall operation of the Village of Fort Recovery on behalf of the citizens who elected them. Decisions made on village matters by the council members often consist of budgetary, personnel, allocation of resources, policy and procedures.
Village Council meets twice a month on the first and third Monday of the month. The general public is welcome to attend these meetings to discuss any concerns with their elected representatives. Meetings are located at 201 S Main Street, Fort Recovery, OH 45846 in the Council Chambers.

Meeting Minutes
Decisions and discussions from each meeting are recorded as "Meeting Minutes" and retained for permanent record. Meeting Minutes must be approved by council before they are made available to the general public to ensure correct information is recorded; therefore, Meeting Minutes may not be immediately available for review. Once approved, Meeting Minutes will be uploaded to the website for a period of time for reference and are retained at town hall permanently.
